I made this little etching as a response to all the questions I got and am still getting about having children. These questions are hard for me because I simply don’t know the answer. In the meantime I figured some things out for myself and am able to deal with the issue a lot better. This piece still makes me really happy and I hope it can help someone else the same way it helped me to process some useless thoughts and feelings.
This a combination of an etching and aquatint. The plate measures 7 cm x 11,5 cm and is printed on 20,5 cm x 26 cm Hahnemülle etching paper in a limited edition of 20 prints.
