I don’t have a background in the arts. I’ve had some courses on art history in high school, at university and at the academy, which provided me with some basic knowledge but nothing in depth. I have some general knowledge of art movements and recognise major artist’s work. As it comes to creating and performing arts, my education is even more limited. At the academy, I learned several interesting printing and graphics techniques. As far as painting and drawing goes, I’m mostly autodidact. The sewing and stitching, those skills I got from my mother.
